What will you choose today?

Happy 2023! Your I choose intentions will still be sent daily this year! We will now have a weekly theme. This week's theme is "Gratitude". Last week we sowed seeds. This week we will water them with gratitude. Last week, we sowed seeds. This week, we will water those seeds with gratitude. Gratitude is an action. It is the outward expression of your thankfulness. You show gratitude by the way that you live and by the way that you give.

Start this year differently by setting intentions for your day. An intention, simply put, is an aim or a plan. Start your day by being an active participant in your life. You can control how you navigate throughout the day even when life be life-ing!
